Nepal 2007: A woman weaves traditional cloth

10/02/2007

All refugee families strive to get income for additional food purchases, as well as to fund the costs of schooling, clothing, household goods, and other necessities. On a walk through the camp RI found numerous women weaving traditional cloth and spinning yarn. Other refugees run small businesses, such as shops selling snacks, yogurt, and school supplies.
