This young woman was waiting with her baby for her husband to send for her from Liberia. She said that he was at the Perrytown Camp (an IDP camp in Liberia where returnees are waiting until it is safe to return to their homes) but was hoping to make it to their home in Lofa county.Despite official warnings that Liberia is not yet safe to return to, many Liberians have begun making “go and see” visits to assess the security situation and the conditions of their homes.
