LARAMIE, WY (wpr) - Jackson Hole residents will find out what is needed in Sudan this month. The advocacy organization Refugees International will host an event - called Sudan: A New Beginning. The meeting will present the needs of the Sudanese population after the recent referendum. In the referendum people voted to separate northern and southern Sudan into independent nations. Refugees International board member Tatiana Maxwell says it's important to remain focused as the historical changes unfold.
