Bloomberg.com: U.A.E. Denies 100,000 Residents Access to Riches From Oil Boom

The United Arab Emirate is slow to naturalize over 100,000 indigenous stateless people now residing within it's borders. These Bidun, or "without", are denied birth certificates and passports, and have restricted access to health and educational services.
