Our Issues

People forced from their homes by conflict are among the world’s most vulnerable. Common humanity compels us to work for their protection. Moreover, a world without refugees and internally displaced people will be more stable, pose fewer immediate and long-term security threats, and allow far greater numbers of people to enjoy their civil, political, economic, social, and religious rights.

To assist displaced people, especially women and children, Refugees International focuses our work in seven focus countries and around six issues: Neglected crises, return & reintegration, internal displacement, peacekeeping, statelessness and climate displacement.
